About the role
At Kidco Construction, we are building Calgary from the ground down.
We are looking for an experienced equipment JOURNEYMAN****WELDER to join our busy machine shop team.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 7+ years of experience performing a variety of welding techniques - including stick welding, MIG welding, etc.
- Experience with welding on mobile equipment/machinery is required
- A strong sense of urgency and can work well under tight deadlines
- Their Red Seal for welding
- Will be able to conduct pre-operational equipment inspection before operating
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Is legally allowed to work in Canada
