Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Patrol & Maintenance Team Manager is the driving force behind the day-to-day success of our parking operations.

From ensuring patrol schedules are efficient to keeping our sites professional and compliant, you’ll play a key role in delivering on our promises to clients and customers.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring our parking locations maintain a robust patrol and enforcement schedule alongside a professional image and are fully operational and fulfilling all contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage employee scheduling to ensure optimal coverage
  • Plan and optimize patrol routes for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Oversee and liaise with collections agencies when required
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation
  • Supervise patrol and enforcement activities to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage fleet operations, including vehicle tracking and maintenance coordination
  • Administer and monitor work order systems
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members

What we are looking for

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Valid provincial driver’s license with a clean driving abstract

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and team management skills
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatch, or operations systems
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on accuracy and performance targets

  • Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends, if required)
