Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Co-op Student to join our Accounting team. The successful candidate will assist with various accounting tasks including vendor invoice processing, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, and billing preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a 3rd or 4th year Business Student with an interest in accounting to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
This co-op position offers the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role post-graduation based on performance.
Role Details: Location: 100 Kellogg Lane, London ON
Hybrid Work Environment – Two days per week at our new, modern 25,000 square foot office located in Canada’s largest entertainment complex. Our office overlooks the Factory and provides so many restaurants and amenities within the same building. Check it out! https://100kellogglane.com/
Length of Term: 4 Months
Start Date: May 2026
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Junior Accountant’s (Co-Op), we’d ask you to do the following for us:

Review and enter vendor invoices into the JDE system with accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare balance sheet analysis and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Conduct P&L reviews as part of the month-end close process, identifying discrepancies and assisting in resolution.

Take ownership of preparing billings accurately and in a timely manner.

Assist with other accounting duties as assigned by the team, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to complete special projects as requested, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year Business program with a focus on accounting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
-
Prior accounting experience or exposure is considered an asset, but not required.
