What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional, personalized care and experiences
- Build strong rapport and establish treatment goals with clients
- Design and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Educate clients on their plans and encourage active commitment
- Collaborate with fellow therapists to ensure well-rounded care
- Contribute to community outreach and clinic initiatives
- Participate in meetings to set goals and support personal development
Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with your professional college

Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Passionate about growth—both personal and within a team

Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills

Comfortable working independently while thriving in collaboration

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a professional workspace

- Structured 12-week onboarding program that covers hands on deep tissue, mobilizations, FST with scheduled touch points across leaders and the Clinical Development team
Movement Blueprint
- Axis’ proprietary assessment & treatment system used by every therapist to ensure consistent, trackable care
- Uses functional movement testing & standardized progressions/regressions to guide treatment and explain the “why” behind symptoms
