###The Role

We are seeking an experiencedCabinet & Millwork Installerto support Moralia’s projects across theToronto / GTAon acontract basis.

This role is suited to an installer who understands thatinstallation is the final expression of the work— and takes responsibility for fit, alignment, protection, and presentation.

You will install high-end custom millwork in luxury residential and select commercial environments, working independently or in small teams, often in finished spaces where care and judgment are critical.

###What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork on site
• Reviewing drawings and site conditions prior to installation
• Ensuring precise fit, alignment, and detailing
• Protecting finished surfaces, floors, and surrounding trades
• Coordinating professionally with clients, designers, and site teams
• Identifying and communicating site issues clearly and proactively
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and respectful job site
• Representing Moralia professionally in client environments

###Experience & Skills

-3+ years of millwork and cabinet installation experience

• Strong understanding of how high-end millwork is constructed
• Experience installing kitchens, closets, wall systems, and built-ins
• Comfort working infinished luxury homes and active job sites
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality
• Reliable, punctual, and self-directed

Assets:

• Experience with high-end residential or design-driven projects
• Background in cabinetmaking or shop fabrication
• Experience troubleshooting site conditions and custom fit solutions

###Requirements

• This is acontract-based position
• Installer must supplytheir own tools and equipment
• Ability to manage time and scope independently
