About the role

The CanCap Group (“CanCap”) is a privately-owned Canadian national financial services company with multiple verticals across automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. As an ACC Reservices Administrator will be working with our Reservices and Funding team to facilitate their day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

What your day and week could look like

Reporting to the Senior Manager, ACC Reservices, an Admin Clerk plays an essential role in supporting the recovery team through the repayment lifecycle of asset repossession. This includes:

  • Administrative support to Asset Recovery and Remarketing department
    • Searching for customer documents across multiple platforms and systems of record
    • Running and uploading industry-specific searches through appropriate portals and uploading information into customer file
    • Communicating with Clients to request relevant information about the debtor file
    • Contacting appropriate parties for lien releases and other information
    • Submitting requests to third party vendors for rebates and cancellations on their products on behalf of our Clients
    • Stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts that are managed to SLAs
    • Consulting with senior team members to determine trends, issues, concerns, and wins.

What you bring

  • No prior experience required
  • Intermediate user skills with Microsoft 365 and internet browsers
  • Fluent ability to write and speak business information
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail with an ability to pick out inconsistencies
  • Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions
  • Confidence with problem-solving
  • Commitment to providing ‘Raving Fan’ customer service
  • Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company

Additional Information

  • Priority will be given to candidates with availability and flexibility to work shifts during days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Shifts will run between 8am and 11pm EST.
