We’re currently looking for a Lube Technician to join our Salmon Arm GM team. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build your skills in a fast-paced shop environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)
- Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles for wear and potential issues, reporting findings to the service team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shop
- Assist technicians with general shop duties and support workflow efficiency
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting service timelines
Performance Essentials (Qualifications)
- Previous automotive or lube technician experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow in the automotive field
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
