We are expanding our Global BI team to meet the rising demand for high-quality data insights across the business. As our Senior Power BI Analyst, you will be a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, Value Streams, Operations, and other global teams. This role blends advanced Power BI development, data governance, and enterprise reporting—helping us build a scalable analytics foundation for the next phase of our growth.
What You’ll Do
As a senior member of the Global BI team, you will:
Power BI Development & Analytics

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models that deliver actionable insights.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Build and maintain sophisticated data models using Power BI Desktop, Power Query (M), and DAX.
Data Governance & Quality
-
Implement and reinforce robust data governance practices across the organization.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data through validation, testing, and troubleshooting.

Maintain and enhance complex role-level security and data access structures.
Collaboration & Enablement
-
Partner with business users to understand needs, define KPIs, and improve data literacy.

Collaborate with database administrators, IT, and BI peers to ensure data availability, reliability, and system performance.

Train and support business teams on Power BI capabilities and self-service analytics.
Performance Optimization
-
Optimize data models and queries to ensure high performance at enterprise scale.

Continuously review and refine BI solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Documentation & Standards

Maintain clear documentation of reports, datasets, business logic, and technical design.

Contribute to BI standards and best practices across the analytics ecosystem.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
-
5–7 years of deep, hands-on experience developing in Power BI (enterprise environment preferred).
-
3+ years writing complex SQL queries with strong understanding of relational data structures.
-
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
-
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset.
Technical Skills
-
Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Desktop.

Demonstrated experience with SQL, Power Apps, and data modeling best practices.
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot.
-
Experience with Prophix is an asset but not required.
