The Team Member will be responsible for inspecting, grading, sorting and processing of ferrous and/or non-ferrous scrap metals and maintains work location in orderly condition to achieve operational goals and objectives. This is a summer contract role; 1 vacancy.

Wage:

• $20 per hour

When:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Every other Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm

Role Expectations:

• Performs the inspecting, grading, sorting and processing of ferrous and/or non-ferrous scrap metals.
• Maintains work location in orderly condition to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Use computer system to input non-ferrous material codes and weight.
• Completes yard tickets and provides tickets to customers.
• Process materials by breaking them down by commodity and removing all non-conforming material.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• The successful applicant will be subject to a criminal background check.

Qualifications:

• Must be over 18 years old
• Applicants must complete a criminal background check with no adverse findings.
