Ce Que Vous Ferez :

  • Traiter et répondre aux signaux d’alarme rapidement, avec précision et professionnalisme, même en situation de stress
  • Envoyer les autorités appropriées et vérifier que l’aide est en route
  • Documenter avec exactitude toutes les réponses aux signaux reçus
  • Utiliser efficacement plusieurs systèmes informatiques
  • Participer à la formation continue pour votre développement professionnel

Ce Que Nous Recherchons?:

  • Bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit) – requis
  • 18 ans ou plus, avec un diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
  • Expérience en service à la clientèle (un atout)
  • Capacité à rester calme et professionnel(le) sous pression
  • Disponible pour travailler un jour de fin de semaine par semaine ou une fin de semaine sur deux, ainsi que les jours fériés
  • Capacité à suivre et réussir la formation rémunérée de 3 semaines
  • Engagement minimal de 6 mois
  • Vérification du casier judiciaire réussie
  • Résider au Canada et être légalement autorisé(e) à y travailler
