Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team for the Summer Season, typically from May 1 to September 30, 2026. You will be responsible for maintaining meticulously clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms and common areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a beautiful natural setting, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobby, hallways, guest lounges).
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to management.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
  • Follow environmentally friendly cleaning practices and recycling procedures.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
  • Provide friendly and respectful service to all guests.
  • Support other departments when needed (e.g., light kitchen help or seasonal tasks).
  • Ensure supplies are stocked and inform management of any shortages.

Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not required—training provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Enthusiasm for nature and resort life a plus!
