General ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Answering phones, check messages, Emails Communicating between homeowners, insurance and estimatorsOpening jobs Assisting with managing job information Scheduling appointments Obtaining quotes Basic accounting - Invoicing, deposits, data entry, statements, etc.Health & Safety and Marketing duties Employee Orientation Cleaning of office areasOther company duties
Terms Of EmploymentPermanent, full timeMonday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Experience6 months-1 year. Willing to train.
