Senior Brand Ambassador (Operations)
Contract | On-Site | Security Clearance Required
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Brand Ambassador (Operations) to support a leading Canadian fintech brand at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.
This is a behind-the-scenes, operations-focused role within a premium, high-touch environment. Unlike traditional brand ambassador positions, this role is not client-facing and does not involve direct passenger engagement or product conversations.
You will be responsible for ensuring the space runs seamlessly, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a best-in-class guest experience through execution, organization, and attention to detail.
This role does not involve direct passenger engagement, sales responsibilities, product education, financial conversations, or team management, as all guest interaction and product-related discussions are handled exclusively by a product specialist team.
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the activation space daily
- Maintain premium presentation standards at all times
- Manage inventory, restocking, and overall space readiness
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements
- Monitor and support overall guest flow within the space
- Complete detailed shift reporting and operational updates
- Act as the on-site operational point of contact
Security Clearance Required
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and pass extensive background screening. Clearance is mandatory.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, events, hospitality, or similar environments
- Highly organized and operationally minded
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal oversight
- Professional, composed, and solutions-oriented
- Experience working in regulated or high-security environments is an asset
Compensation
$27/hour
Schedule
Shift availability between 6:45 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Weekend availability required from 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM
