What you will be doing

As our Marketing Strategist, you will have the unique opportunity to help us build our brand awareness, outreach, identity and social media presence in the market. You will work closely with our Leadership team, enabling our various sales roles to build relevant content, outreach, supporting material and collateral.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leverage the latest marketing, automation and AI tools to increase our brand presence and awareness across social media platforms.
  • Help various sales roles to generate content and material to support their outreach efforts with prospective customers.
  • Work with Channel Sales to build partner material.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales on Marketing Campaigns. Track effectiveness of various campaigns and lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the Leadership team and your colleagues across our broader organization to leverage the best of the entire group’s marketing efforts.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Apple Express as a trusted logistics partner.
  • Contribute to shaping and refining our external storytelling framework, ensuring messages resonate with global audiences, clients, and partners.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all public-facing communications.
  • Maintain and regularly update the company intranet and digital signage platforms, ensuring all internal messaging is timely, accurate, and visually aligned with the brand.
  • Help build communication toolkits and templates for leaders to use across regions, ensuring consistent tone and messaging across the organization.
  • Support lead generation initiatives and digital marketing efforts, working closely with Sales and Client Solutions to align messaging and measure outcomes.
  • Assist in optimizing website content and structure for improved visibility, performance, and user engagement.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of marketing technology tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy across target markets and verticals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform campaign messaging, target audience personas, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, logistics, or global business environment or a post-secondary education Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • A strong personal brand, with demonstrated ability to create engaging content.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Experience developing marketing materials and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are an asset.
  • Familiarity with external comms, media relations, and social media management.
  • Strong preference given to candidates who understand AI automation, lead generation and qualification tools.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to win.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced multi-functional environment where priorities change quickly.
