About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Software Developer Summer Student will work as a member of the Software Development team on the development of a new web application and integrations to our ERP system. Applicants must have a strong interest in building web applications, software product development, and solving challenging problems in a team and/or individual setting.
What is the role?

Develop intuitive user-interfaces that simplifies the user experience.

Work with the Software Development team to create middle-layer integrations between our ERP system and a new client-facing web application.

Contribute to the software development lifecycle practices.

Produce technical documentation.

Nice to have skills

Knowledge of Angular or similar web frameworks

Experience with C# .NET

Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript

Experience querying databases (MSSQL or MongoDB preferred)

Familiar with Agile/Kanban/Continuous Deployment

Familiar with N-tier architecture and SaaS web architecture
-
Familiar with Front End Design, responsive design, web services
-
Excellent English (written and verbal)

If necessary we can have the duty paid with the bill coming back to you so that you are able to sell as if you are in your customers' country. All of our customers are assigned an individual customer service representative who is trained, and familiar with, your unique needs.
