Position Summary
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications for our growing organization. This role acts as a central coordination point between Sales, Client Services, Operations, and Leadership, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication across all channels.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in communications, coordination, or related support roles. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This position offers flexible part-time hours with opportunities for professional growth and skill development in corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
Internal & External Communications
- Coordinate internal and external communications with stakeholders
- Develop client communications including time-sensitive notices
Content, Documentation & Quality Control
- Draft, edit, and format materials for various audiences
- Create and maintain accurate documentation
- Review client-facing materials and act as quality-control checkpoint
Design & Digital Communications
- Create visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Coordinate website updates and develop internal communications
- Support social media content development
Process, Coordination & Projects
- Track communication requests and maintain document organization
- Support RFP development and assist with event coordination
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of communications or marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Social media and content management experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
