Branch Resource Coordinator
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF?YOU:
- Professionally greet all visitor’s to Paladin’s office and over the phone
- Contact new applicants to conduct telephone and in-person interviews
- Partner with the P&C team to ensure our employee databases remain updated and accurate
- Assist with scheduling operations, including creating and maintaining staff schedules, assigning shifts
- Support book-offs and shift coverage by coordinating with staff and supervisors
- Encouraging and processing recognition programs across the region
- Manage the onboarding process in supporting new hires through the pre-employment process, training, and deployment
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all staff
- Manage uniform inventory, ensure the uniform room is clean and organized
- Submit orders for office supplies as needed on a monthly basis
- Support and process JIRA submissions as they relate to your portfolio of sites, respond to JIRA tickets by end of business each day
- Be involved in Paladin's deployment process, such as meeting with new hires on orientation or uniform day to set up site training and issue schedules
- Ensure billing accuracy and compliance on a weekly basis
- Work with Paladin's WinTEAM software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll accuracy. Ensure payroll is complete for 1200PST hours every second Tuesday, as well as on the 1st at 1200PST hours for month end lockdown
- Respond to emails within a timely manner (1 business day)
- Provide administrative support for the People and Culture and branch operations teams
- Partner with the P&C team to tackle HR projects to innovate current practices.
- Perform other duties as requested
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related is preferred
- Schedule Management
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency or willingness to be trained in a variety of software and programs used by Paladin
- Organization and time management skills
- Exceptional proficiency with PCs including Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of WinTeam or Jira ticketing system is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
