The** Catholic Independent Schools of the Vancouver Archdiocese ** (the CISVA) operates 46 schools – 40 elementary and 6 high schools. JOB DESCRIPTION

St. Augustine School in Kitsilano is hiring a Grade 7 Teacher starting in September 2026. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year. Candidates will have a background in intermediate teaching and be willing and capable of working collaboratively with the teacher in our other Grade 7 class (we are a double-stream school), Education Assistants, parents, and their fellow teachers and staff members. The successful candidate will assist with the extra-curricular program of the school and be involved in school life. It is an asset to have taught a Sacramental Year, preferably this grade level for the Sacrament of Confirmation; a proficiency in technology and, in particular, the use of Google Workspace, and the use of programs such Seesaw as well as Second Step in your teaching are also assets.
