Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Product Director that will drive the strategic and performance of a new IP game, leveraging data-driven insights to define, prioritize, and champion product initiatives, pre and post launch. They will ensure alignment between business objectives and player experience, foster a vibrant and engaged community, and provide cross-functional leadership to optimize product performance, live operations, and long-term growth.

As a leader, they anticipate risks, manage escalations, and make strategic trade-offs to keep initiatives on track. They deliver performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations that influence executive decision-making and investment choices.

In this role you will :

  • Define and lead the product roadmap, vision, and success framework, setting clear KPIs, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement across initiatives.
  • Own the live player engagement & experience strategy, including monetization and store content roadmaps, grounded in player motivations and long-term retention.
  • Leverage market insight, player data, and community feedback to design, validate, and evolve engagement features that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing product team (Product Manager & Data Analyst to start), while building strong partnerships across creative, art, technical, production, marketing, and player insights.
  • Own performance tracking, forecasting, and planning (KPIs & P&L), partnering with Production to define strategic goals, allocate budgets, and maximize impact across initiatives.

What we're looking for :

  • 15+ years in Product Management, including 2+ years in leadership role.
  • Experience in the video game industry on Live/GaaS released games ideally on PC/Console. Deep understanding of live game KPIs, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience creating strategic deliverables including defining objectives, key components, and audience-tailored messaging.
  • Demonstrated successful experience with monetization, engagement and player experience systems; Content planning, first party sales, Battle Passes, first time conversion, segmentation, Battle Passes, seasonal events, progression loops, retention mechanics.
  • Able to translate insights into innovative, relevant feature strategies. Experience in owning and driving a live content roadmap and influencing cross-discipline creative teams.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and drive clarity and execution in complex, evolving environments.
  • Strong market knowledge of live service and engagement trends.
