Now, if you were to come on board as our Junior Accounting Analysts, CO OP, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Analyze and document existing accounting business processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities leveraging AI and or MS power tools.

• Design and implement effective solutions that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Actively participate in test plans/scripts (QA, UAT), aid with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and execute Quality Assurance (QA) tests.

• Assist in end-user training sessions to educate users on effectively using and maximizing the benefits of solutions launched.

• Participate in analysis and other data driven inputs to assist in supporting decision making

• Other project/technology responsibilities as seen fit

• 2nd 4th year Co-op student with Business acumen knowledge

• Experience with MS power tools and products

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-based solutions

• Ability to document and flowchart procedures/requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
