Your missions

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Welcome and advise guests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Create classic and custom cocktails, showcasing the art of mixology.
• Deliver quick, attentive service while respecting hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep the bar and equipment clean and well-organized.
• Manage beverage and supply inventories and assist with ordering.
• Stay up to date with beverage trends in spirits, wines, and beers.
• Contribute to a warm and memorable guest experience at the bar.

Your profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender.

• MAPAQ and ASP certifications (assets).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibility and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
