Are You Our Next Residential Project Coordinator?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Residential Project Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating installation and service projects, managing scheduling and customer communication, and ensuring projects move efficiently from booking through completion and invoicing.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating multiple moving pieces, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You are proactive, organized, and confident communicating with customers, technicians, and internal teams. You are also a strong problem-solver who enjoys following established processes while continuously looking for ways to improve them

A Day in the Life of a Residential Project Coordinator

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to keep projects moving smoothly. You will coordinate installations and service jobs while ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, sales teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule garage door installation and service projects
  • Review project details and confirm customer information for accurate scheduling and invoicing
  • Communicate with customers to set expectations for installation timelines and project requirements
  • Schedule technicians and installers in collaboration with dispatch and operations teams
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or product delays
  • Ensure required materials, equipment, and specialty parts are available for scheduled jobs
  • Manage warranty requests and coordinate follow-up service where necessary
  • Issue final invoices and assist with payment collection after project completion
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on project status
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and updates in company systems
  • Collaborate with sales, service managers, and purchasing teams to ensure project success
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM / scheduling systems (experience with ServiceTitan is an asset)
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
