Position: Forge FC Stretcher Crew
Reports to: Coordinator, Game Production & Events
Location: Hamilton Stadium, Hamilton, ON
Hamilton Sports Group is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our Stretcher Crew for Forge FC’s 2026 season. This is a paid per-game position responsible for executing in-game presentations, assisting with game-day operations, interacting with fans, supporting the mascot performer, and managing promotions and giveaways. Forge FC hosts at least 15 home games, depending on competition standings and playoffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as stretcher crew during each game.
- Support in-game promotional activities.
- Interact with fans, operations staff, stadium staff, and corporate partners to create an engaging and memorable fan experience.
- Assist in other fan experience duties, such as seat visits and interacting with fans during the game.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be able to work the majority of home games.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be organized and able to communicate effectively with fans, staff, and special guests.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and interacting with large crowds, children, and special guests.
- Ability to think proactively and quickly on your feet in dynamic situations.
- Previous customer service or event experience is an asset.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, and outgoing personality, with a focus on creating a fun and engaging fan experience.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Able to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and interacting with large groups of fans.

- Compensation for this role is $75 per game, with payment issued for each game worked.

About Hamilton Tiger-Cats
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are a member of the Canadian Football League (CFL) with a rich 146-year history, which includes 15 Grey Cup Championships. The Tiger-Cats are a product of a 1950 merger of two clubs - the Tigers and the Wildcats - and the origins of the franchise can be traced all the way back to 1869 when the Hamilton Tigers were established as the first professional football team in North America.
