We are currently seeking a Mortgage Program Coordinator to join our team.
The Mortgage Program Coordinator reports to the Senior Program Manager, Mortgages and provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support for the National Mortgage Program, with a primary focus on broker channel activities. With broad exposure across the National Mortgage Program, this role offers a strong foundation for career growth in mortgage program management and financial services.
Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day

Governance, Documentation & Compliance Support: Coordinate and maintain mortgage broker documentation and governance materials, and support compliance and audit readiness by organizing records, facilitating information requests, and working with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to all applicable provincial and federal requirements.

Commission & Financial Administration: Calculate, validate, and reconcile mortgage broker commissions and bonus programs. Support accurate, timely commission payments in partnership with Finance and Operations. Manage mortgage broker business development invoices and assist with budget tracking and financial controls for the National Mortgage Program.

Program Reporting & Information Management: Maintain National Mortgage Program tracking, reporting, and administrative records related to the mortgage broker channel, while handling confidential and sensitive mortgage broker information with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. Coordinate and maintain broker facing websites with accurate product information and rates. Collaborates with Shared Services partners to maintain operational data integrity, providing a solid foundation for good business decisions based on data; provides subject matter expertise to trouble-shoot and correct data issues.

Business Meeting, Industry Event & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for national mortgage broker business meetings and manage logistics for industry events involving the mortgage broker channel, including registrations, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and post‑event follow‑up.

Stakeholder & Cross Functional Support: Support the team in mortgage broker stakeholder engagement by coordinating communications, preparing briefing materials, and tracking follow-ups with mortgage brokers and external partners. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure aligned execution of national mortgage broker initiatives.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Diploma or 2-year certificate (business-related program) required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

2 yrs experience ideally in mortgage industry preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite product such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required

A natural curiosity and exuberant energy befitting of our dynamic mortgage team

Proven ability to provide exceptional service in a high paced, multi-demand environment

Advanced ability to build trusting relationships and communicate effectively

Strong skill and ability with Outlook calendar management preferred

Comfortable using online systems and apps; web content management experience would be an asset

Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, problem solve and work effectively with little instruction to provide value to a team of professionals

Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
