As a Crew Member – Dock Service, you’ll help bring waterfront projects to life across Georgian Bay and the Bruce Peninsula. From installing dock systems and boat lifts to adjusting shoreline structures and maintaining equipment, this role is hands-on, physical, and deeply rewarding.
This is hands-on, outdoor work — done alongside a high-performing team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Project Execution
- Work safely, responsibly, and with initiative
- Operate tools and equipment such as chainsaw winches, drills, and floating devices
- Read and interpret installation manuals, layout drawings, and specifications
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers
- Follow company policies and health & safety standards
- Practice shoreline stewardship using environmental best practices
Quality Workmanship
- Install and remove aluminum pipe, floating, and tower dock systems
- Install boat lifts and marine rail systems
- Perform dock service adjustments (height, alignment, repairs)
- Load, unload, and transport materials using dollies and floating devices
- Assist with physically demanding shoreline installations
Equipment & Site Care

Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, job sites, and yard

Perform daily preventative maintenance: inspections, lubrication, cleaning

Daily 15-minute clean/grease standard upheld
