Position Status

This is a 12 months fixed term contract (FTC) position. This job posting reflects a current vacancy within the organization. The position is active, approved, and intended to be filled as part of our staffing needs. This posting is for an existing and currently open position.

General Description

Responsible for SAP site data maintenance / consultation and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Data service through: Maintaining SAP Master Data in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate manufacturing operations. Extracting & collating data on customer request to support management decisionmaking. Implement & support Data Governance & Quality Management processes to ensure Data Quality Standards are being met across the Supply Chain.
  • Deliver User & Business Process Support service activitiesthrough: Addressing SAP service incidents and service requests made to the DMSO by customers. Provide consultancy and advice to users on areas of improvement for ways of working and on the appropriate and effective use of SAP.
  • Deliver Service and Performance Management activities through: Managing day to day internal customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements, expectations and standards are met. Ensuring compliance and contribute towards the area of GMP within the DMSO .
  • Deliver Change Management service activities through: Providing SAP master data and/or functional knowledge to support the DMSO. Lead in assessing and implementing planned template and service changes.

Experience & Skills

  • 1- 2 years of evidence of experience and knowledge in one or more SAP support activities inluding Data Management & User Support.
  • Evidence of experience and knowledge in one or more SAP functional modules.
  • Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions. Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation.
  • Able to interact with and influence individuals.
  • Knowledge of the SAP philosophy.
  • Strong business knowledge of site objectives and operations.
  • Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the site Quality System and validation requirements, policies, procedures and standards.

Education

  • Required: College diploma.
  • Preferred: Business, IT, Science or related university degree.

Working Conditions

  • Computer application based.
  • Standard office environment.
  • On site role.
  • Standrad 37.5 work week

Compensation Range

$68,000 - $85,000
