As a Lot Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position that blends administrative duties, customer service, and outdoor lot duties, so no two days look exactly the same. You will be part of a collaborative team, delivering great customer service, staying organized, and helping maintain a safe, efficient, and well-managed Logistics Centre.

This role contributes to the success of the team by utilizing organization and computer skills as well as the ability to meet the physical demands of outdoor work. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to juggle priorities will directly support EBlock’s mission of creating the best digital auction experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm PST

What You Will Do:

  • Logistics & Gate Operations

    • Ensure smooth and timely check-in and check-out of all vehicles
    • Support gate operations, including troubleshooting technical issues and managing key releases
    • Coordinate scheduled vehicle pickups and maintain organized traffic flow
    • Welcome and verify all visitors to ensure secure and professional site access
    • Keep the site leader informed on incoming vehicles and required work
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Operations & Maintenance

    • Assist with coordinating pre-sale and post-sale inspections
    • Perform vehicle detailing to company standards
    • Help maintain the lot year-round, including seasonal tasks like snow removal
    • Follow all safety procedures and consistently use required protective equipment
  • Administrative & Team Support

    • Keep files organized and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
    • Use Google Suite and other web-based tools to stay on top of daily tasks
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
    • Jump in to troubleshoot issues and support team initiatives with a "hands-on" approach.
    • Maintain reliable attendance and handle sensitive information with care

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in the automotive or transportation industry is preferred.
  • AutoGrade or vehicle inspection experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • Problem solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches.
  • Proven ability to work independently for long periods of time with minimal supervision. Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Working knowledge of web-based applications and automotive inspection tools preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service, and be dependable.

Work Conditions:

  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Some indoor work related to general administrative duties
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outside and be on foot for extended periods of time. Ability to walk medium to long distances during the workday.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $20.00 - $23.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
