Job Description Hey there, Future Sports Betting Content Producer @ Better Collective! 👋 Our mission is to be the world’s leading digital sports media company, making sports entertainment more engaging and transparent for fans worldwide. Better Collective is home to some of the most influential sports and betting media brands, including Action Network, Playmaker, VegasInsider, and RotoGrinders , reaching millions of fans every day across digital, social, video, and audio platforms.

We’re seeking a data-driven Sports Betting Content Producer to uncover betting trends, build profitable systems, and help turn analytics into engaging, high-conversion content. This is a key role in powering our content with actionable insights that resonate across social media, Discord, and other platforms.

In this position, you will assist our Social Content Manager and serve as a central figure for the Parlay Science brand. You’ll report directly to Michael Russo , Director of Marketing Operations.

This role is for you if… You live at the intersection of numbers and narrative. You are someone who can break down betting markets, spot edges, and translate findings into content that educates, entertains, and converts.

You’re comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and enjoy the challenge of upselling a community through social media. You care deeply about quality and are excited to take full ownership of social media platforms and research.

How You’ll Make An Impact Here are some of the ways you’ll contribute to our mission:

  • Trend Discovery & System Building: Identify betting trends and profitable angles using internal tools.
  • Content Creation: Translate data stories into social-first formats like tweets, graphics, and short-form scripts.
  • Community Engagement: Manage Discord channels by posting insights and engaging with the community.
  • Daily Rationale: Contribute betting picks with concise write-ups and context.
  • Performance Tracking: Refine systems over time by tracking content impact and pick performance.
  • Real-time Commentary: Provide live betting insights during major games and events.

The Ideal Profile: Is This You? Here’s What Helps People Succeed In This Role

  • 2–4 years of experience in sports betting analysis, sports data, or betting content creation.
  • Deep understanding of major U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, CFB, CBB) and betting markets.
  • Platform Expertise: Familiarity with crafting content for X, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience with Discord communities is a significant differentiator for this role.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to simplify complex betting concepts for a wide audience.
  • Bonus: Previous experience creating public picks or working with betting influencers.
