We’re looking for a Hybrid Body / Prep Technician who’s ready to get hands-on experience across both the body and paint sides of the shop. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their skills and work alongside Red Seal technicians while learning the full repair process from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist Red Seal Body Technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
- Support repair processes by removing and reinstalling parts as needed
- Prepare vehicle components and panels for the paint process
- Work closely with Red Seal Painters to ensure parts are properly prepped and ready for refinishing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
What You Bring
- Interest in autobody repair and refinishing
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and hand skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Enrolled in, or interested in enrolling in, a Body or Paint Apprenticeship (considered an asset)
