As Venue Maintenance Crew, Park Grounds, you strive to align your work with WinSport’s six core values:

What you will be doing:

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the outside park grounds, including the track, the ski hill, AIC, and parking lots
• Parking lot management during high traffic periods
• Maintain landscape and turf maintenance for all park grounds and venues
• Snow removal, apply gravel and ice melt
• Carry out daily safety and maintenance checks
• Assist in general light maintenance duties
• Maintain and repair landscape, turf, and irrigation areas
• Demonstrate a safe work practice at all times by adhering to all WinSport safety policy and procedures and ensuring one’s own safety is preserved along with the safety of co-workers, direct reports and WinSport guests
• Other duties as assigned

What you bring:

• Aged 18+
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
• Enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Landscaping and turf maintenance an asset
• Hand and power tool experience an asset
• Light machinery experience an asset

Work Conditions:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions
• 30-40 hours per week
• Seasonal position from April-September
