What You Will Do

As a Concierge Lounge Representative, you will act as a host for our premium guest lounge, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail.

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner
• Provide attentive food and beverage service within the Concierge Lounge
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Monitor and replenish food and beverage offerings as required
• Support guest inquiries and provide general hotel information
• Ensure service standards are consistently met to enhance the overall guest experience

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is service driven, polished, and able to work independently.

• Previous food and beverage service experience
• Experience in a hotel front desk or restaurant host role considered an asset
• Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and hotel systems considered an asset)
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Outgoing personality with a guest focused mindset
• ProServe certification required

Schedule & Availability

• Primarily scheduled Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Flexibility required, including potential split shifts or early morning shifts as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
