Oulton College is seeking a Hybrid Instructor to join our Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) Program, offering a flexible opportunity with on-campus presence just once per week, combined with online engagement.
In this role, you will play a key part in preparing future paramedics by blending your real-world experience with dynamic teaching approaches.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging theoretical instruction through a hybrid model (online and in-person)
- Lead simulation-based labs during on-campus sessions
- Support students in bridging theory to practice, including participation in our student “On-Call” program
- Contribute to program development, review, and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Primary Care Paramedic diploma from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Primary Care Paramedic
- Current active licensure with a provincial paramedic regulatory body.
- Previous experience in teaching/instruction is an asset.
- Enjoy the dynamics of teaching and learning
- Have a passion for student success.
- Have an interest in lifelong learning.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with online software.
