Compensation Structure
Solo Drivers
$1.25 per mile (Loaded + Empty)

- Base: $1.20
- Safety Bonus: $0.05

Weekly FSC (DOE-based) - $0.39 (Today's FSC)
-
100% fuel discount passed through to Owner Operator
-
Average combined rate: ~$1.64 per mile
-
Minimum commitment: 12,000 miles/month
Team Drivers $1.30 per mile (Loaded + Empty)

- Base: $1.25
- Safety Bonus: $0.05

On-time pickup and delivery
