Working as a Telephone Support Coach is more than a job—it’s an opportunity todirectly impact lives while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Our Coaches are part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that delivers structured mental health and educational support to families over the phone. You’ll help families navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and ensure continuity of care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide structuredtelephone supportto families using evidence-based methods and scripts
• Teach skills, problem-solve, and provide encouragement during weekly calls
• Administer semi-structured interviews or questionnaires as required
• Ensurecontinuity of carein line with Strongest Families protocols
• Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation in the system
• Support team initiatives and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Empathy, strong communication, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work evenings or late nights as required to meet client needs
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• All required training for the role isprovided and paid

Preferred:

• Previous experience in mental health, education, or community support
• Diploma, Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with children, youth, or families is an asset
