Role****Summary
The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management supports the Capital Planning & Sustainability workstreams by executing analytical tasks related to capital planning models, market and macro data integration, ESG and climate data processes, benchmarking, and scenario analysis. In parallel, the role contributes to Portfolio Analytics and Reporting by preparing recurring reporting packages, validating data, and improving analytics tools and documentation. Working closely with colleagues across both real estate and business partner groups, the Analyst ensures that data, models, and reporting materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with enterprise frameworks—providing a strong analytical foundation for leadership deliberations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Capital Planning,Sustainability& Scenario Analytics**( ~****75–80%)**

Prepare and organize inputs to capital planning models integrating market data, investment pipeline changes, and strategic assumptions.

Support and execute scenario analysis, forward-looking projections, leverage and covenant monitoring, and related risk assessments.

Assist with peer and portfolio benchmarking across sectors, geographies, and strategies.

Support ESG data collection, validation, and integration processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Assist in climate risk modelling, scenario analyses, and portfolio resilience assessments.

Help monitor external market data sources and incorporate trends into planning frameworks.
Portfolio Analytics**&**Reporting (~20–25%)

Prepare recurring portfolio and asset‑level reporting outputs (exposures, dashboards, valuation‑related summaries)
-
Compile and validate data, to prepare analytical outputs for the quarterly portfolio review, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support enhancement of dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting frameworks.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration

Contribute to the production and maintenance of clear documentation of processes, workflows, models, and data sources across workstreams.

Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance consistency, efficiency, and data integrity.

Coordinate with stakeholders and contributors to ensure alignment between analytics, initiatives, and capital planning.

Foster a culture of analytical rigour, data stewardship, and collaboration.
Whatyou’llneed

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Professional designation such as CFA or CPA considered an asset

Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; experience in real estate investments is an asset

Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Bilingualism English and French *Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa
