Evaluate viable approaches, including VDI, enhanced access controls, and other secure data management solutions, and recommend the most appropriate option for each use case. Develop business cases and recommendations for VDI migration, considering security risks, costs, operational impact, adoption, and business requirements. Analyze and document data and process flows across systems, servers, networks, and endpoints to support risk assessments and migration planning. Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements sessions, and discovery activities across multiple departments. Collaborate with Security, Technology, and Business teams to validate findings and ensure recommendations align with established data policies. Present analysis, findings, recommendations, and business cases to technology leadership and other key stakeholders. Analyze and help design privileged access management processes and frameworks as part of broader data security initiatives. Support the development of auditing and compliance review processes covering data usage, access controls, and end-to-end data security. Translate complex technical and security findings into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of professional Business Analyst experience, including work involving data governance, data classification or sensitivity assessments, IT infrastructure, endpoint environments, or related initiatives. Proven experience analyzing system usage and data flows across multiple business units, departments, or complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of secure data storage, data access, classification, governance, and risk assessment principles. Familiarity with VDI concepts and platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technical domains. Strong stakeholder interview, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and discovery skills.
