Résumé du poste
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Recruiter based in Canada. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will help build a high-quality clinical team by identifying and engaging exceptional therapists and psychologists. You will own key candidate-facing stages of the recruitment journey, from application screening through interviews, assessment, and pipeline coordination. The role combines thoughtful candidate evaluation with strong relationship-building and a highly personalized candidate experience. You will assess clinical, behavioral, and operational fit using established evaluation frameworks and sound professional judgment. Working closely with a provider growth team, you will help ensure promising clinicians move smoothly through each stage of the hiring process. This is a part-time, fully remote opportunity suited to an organized and personable recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will play an important role in helping expand access to compassionate mental health care for older adults. Accountabilities Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified clinical candidates and determine which applicants should advance in the recruitment process. Conduct clinician interviews, including consecutive calls during busy periods, to assess candidates against established clinical, behavioral, and operational criteria. Evaluate candidates using structured rubrics while applying sound judgment to identify clinicians with the skills, temperament, and motivation to succeed in the role. Build authentic relationships with candidates and provide a thoughtful, responsive, and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey. Keep clinicians informed about next steps, timelines, and decisions at each stage of the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including stages, interview notes, statuses, and follow-up actions. Manage the assigned portion of the recruitment pipeline and ensure candidate information remains complete, accurate, and up to date. Collaborate closely with the Provider Growth team to facilitate smooth handoffs between recruitment stages, including offer and onboarding. Adapt recruitment priorities and workflows as business needs evolve while maintaining a consistently high standard of candidate engagement. Requirements Previous experience in clinical, healthcare, professional, or specialized recruitment is strongly preferred. Ability to assess candidates thoughtfully beyond their resumes, identifying relevant experience, interpersonal qualities, clinical capabilities, and overall fit. Warm, personable, and empathetic communication style, with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with candidates. Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills, with excellent judgment and attention to behavioral and professional indicators. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage candidate records, notes, follow-ups, and multiple recruitment activities simultaneously. Comfortable conducting a high volume of interviews, including back-to-back calls, while maintaining energy, focus, and consistency. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment where priorities may change from day to day. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a broader recruitment and provider growth team. Genuine interest in healthcare and in helping identify professionals motivated to support the mental health needs of older adults. Benefits Employment type: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week. Work arrangement: Fully remote within Canada. Flexible schedule: Exact working hours can be adapted based on candidate availability and business needs. Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven clinical team. Meaningful work supporting the expansion of mental health care for older adults. Exposure to clinical recruitment, provider growth, and healthcare operations within a rapidly growing environment. Collaborative work with a specialized provider growth team. Opportunity to make a direct impact on the quality and strength of a clinical workforce.
