Résumé du poste

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Program Manager based in the United States or Canada . The Strategic Program Manager will play a pivotal role in executing cross-functional initiatives that support the growth of a new managed business. You will translate strategic priorities into structured plans, coordinate complex workstreams, and drive initiatives from planning through delivery. The role combines rigorous program management with strategic thinking, business curiosity, and sound judgment. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions, clarify priorities, and surface critical tradeoffs. Success will depend on your ability to bring structure to ambiguity, create accountability, and keep teams focused on measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity to help establish scalable operating practices while contributing to the development of a new market category. The position is remote and offers an environment where ownership, collaboration, and a bias toward action are highly valued. Accountabilities Lead complex, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery, establishing clear scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and success metrics. Coordinate multiple workstreams and functions, actively managing interdependencies, blockers, risks, and unresolved decisions to maintain momentum. Contribute to PMO practices across managed business initiatives by applying consistent frameworks, tools, methodologies, and reporting standards. Pressure-test plans, assumptions, dependencies, and tradeoffs to ensure initiatives are focused on meaningful business outcomes rather than task completion alone. Bring clarity to ambiguous and evolving business-model decisions, proactively identifying misalignment and facilitating the conversations required to resolve it. Support prioritization and sequencing of initiatives based on business impact, timelines, resource availability, and organizational priorities. Facilitate executive readouts, working sessions, follow-ups, escalations, and other communications needed to maintain alignment and accountability. Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority, using credibility, relationship-building, and sound judgment to drive commitments and outcomes. Develop and maintain program plans, tracking mechanisms, status reports, and other execution artifacts. Identify risks early and drive appropriate resolution while maintaining a strong focus on execution quality, timelines, and measurable results. Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and team effectiveness as the business scales. Requirements 8–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or cross-functional program leadership. Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to establish structure and maintain momentum across several initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive decisions in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Experience developing and maintaining program plans, tracking tools, status reporting, and execution frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into concise executive updates, recommendations, and actionable briefings. Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and hold teams accountable without direct authority. Strategic mindset combined with strong execution discipline, business curiosity, attention to detail, and a bias toward measurable outcomes. Comfortable challenging assumptions, asking difficult questions, navigating ambiguity, and bringing recommended solutions rather than simply identifying problems. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience with multi-family/MDU environments and/or Wi-Fi infrastructure is advantageous. Experience launching new business units, working in startup environments, or supporting mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Approximately 5% travel is expected. Benefits Competitive annual base compensation, with ranges varying by geographic location: San Francisco Bay Area: $144,900–$217,400 USD Select U.S. metros and states: $126,000–$189,000 USD Other U.S. locations: $113,400–$170,100 USD Potential eligibility for a performance-based bonus as part of the total compensation package. Remote-based position available anywhere in the United States or Canada. Career growth and learning opportunities within a rapidly evolving technology environment. Opportunity to contribute to the development and scaling of a new business and market category. Collaborative, cross-functional environment with significant ownership and visibility among senior stakeholders.
