We’re Hiring: Associate Dentist Recruiter Help Us Build the Future of Dentistry. At Anytime Dental Group, we know that exceptional patient care starts with exceptional clinicians. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Associate Dentist Recruiter who knows how to find great talent, build meaningful relationships, and create strong candidate pipelines that support both immediate and long-term hiring needs. This is a high-impact recruitment role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands that successful recruiting is about much more than filling open positions. You’ll proactively build relationships with dentists across Ontario, develop robust talent pipelines, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience and previous experience recruiting dentists. You are a natural relationship builder, a proactive sourcer, and someone who knows how to turn a strong network into a sustainable talent pipeline. What You’ll Do Associate Dentist Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruitment for Associate Dentist positions across Ontario, from proactive sourcing and initial outreach through interviews, offers, and acceptance. Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified Associate Dentist candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive dentist candidates. Conduct candidate conversations to understand clinical interests, career goals, location preferences, and long-term aspirations. Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage a high volume of active searches while maintaining strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Partner with hiring leaders to understand clinic-specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Support recruitment planning for new clinic openings and organizational growth initiatives. Pipeline & Relationship Building Build long-term relationships with dentists, recognizing that the right opportunity may not always be immediate. Develop and maintain talent communities across key Ontario markets. Build relationships with dental schools, residency programs, professional associations, industry partners, and other relevant networks. Attend conferences, career events, networking events, dental school functions, and industry events to identify and engage prospective candidates. Leverage LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, and other channels to continuously expand the Associate Dentist pipeline. Create and maintain thoughtful candidate touchpoint strategies that keep Anytime Dental Group top of mind. Act as a knowledgeable and credible ambassador for Anytime Dental Group within the dental community. Recruitment Strategy & Collaboration Partner closely with Regional Directors, Operations Leaders, and clinic leadership to understand current and future Associate Dentist hiring needs. Develop market-specific recruitment strategies based on talent availability, clinic needs, and growth priorities. Provide insight into candidate markets, hiring trends, pipeline health, and recruitment challenges. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, recruitment activity, and pipeline data within the applicant tracking system. Track recruitment activity and key metrics to identify opportunities to continuously improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes. Contribute ideas and best practices that strengthen our overall dentist recruitment strategy and employer brand. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in a high-volume recruitment environment. Previous experience recruiting and hiring dentists is required. Proven ability to proactively source candidates and build strong, sustainable talent pipelines. Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates and developing relationships well in advance of an immediate opening. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with candidates and hiring leaders. Experience managing multiple active searches and a high volume of candidates simultaneously. Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals, networking, events, and direct outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong follow-through and a sense of ownership over recruitment outcomes. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology. Knowledge of the Ontario dental market and an existing network within the dental community are strong assets. Comfortable travelling throughout Ontario to visit clinics and attend dental schools, conferences, and networking events. Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.
