Wilco is looking for experienced Class 1 & 3 Drivers to join our growing team. If you're an experienced driver who takes pride in operating safely, knows how to work around busy residential construction sites, and wants to be part of a professional team, we'd like to hear from you. You'll be responsible for hauling topsoil, gravel, and other construction materials, often working in confined residential areas where experience, awareness, and safe equipment operation are essential. What We Offer Local Edmonton & area work - home every day Monday to Saturday schedule Seasonal position with a well-established, growing company Work alongside experienced civil construction and landscape crews Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of exciting projects A strong Safety First culture and One Team Spirit Responsibilities Haul materials to various work sites in Edmonton and the surrounding area in a timely and safe manner Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient and timely deliveries Knowledge of truck routes and City of Edmonton Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections utilizing app (Nektar) Maintain accurate logs of materials and deliveries Operate equipment safely and efficiently Ability to self load with a loader an asset Follow all traffic regulations and company driving policies and procedures Ensure proper securing of all loads prior to transport Communicate effectively with team members, superiors, and clients Come drive with Wilco - where we build communities and strong teams. Requirements Must possess a Class 1 or 3 driver's license Clean Drivers Abstract Experience driving a Gravel Truck or tandem required Knowledge of industry regulations and procedures related to driving and equipment operation Safety-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine equipment maintenance Tech savvy, comfortable using an iPhone or android (app) Nektar Experience Loading and Hauling Equipment is an asset Benefits Competitive wages with overtime pay Reliable hours and job stability Incredible work environment and team atmosphere Corporate Referral Program Company PPE

Ce que vous ferez

Responsible for hauling topsoil, gravel, and construction materials to various sites in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Duties include performing daily vehicle safety inspections and maintaining accurate delivery logs using the Nektar app.

Exigences

Must possess a Class 1 or 3 driver's license with a clean abstract and experience operating gravel or tandem trucks. Candidates should be tech-savvy and have a strong safety-oriented mindset with mechanical aptitude.
