Client Care Associate – LMX Solutions Location: GTA, Hybrid Work Model Vacancy Status: New Position Reports To: EVP, LMX About LMX Solutions LMX Solutions, a division of Lowe-Martin, is the integrated fulfillment, print, warehousing, technology, and distribution division of Lowe-Martin. We support leading pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, retail, and ecommerce organizations with scalable solutions that combine operational excellence, compliance, technology, and client experience. Our programs support everything from marketing fulfillment and ecommerce distribution to patient support initiatives, training programs, regulated product distribution, and national campaigns. Position Summary LMX Solutions is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Care Associate to support our growing portfolio of fulfillment, healthcare, pharmaceutical, merchandising, and ecommerce clients. This role acts as the dedicated day-to-day contact for assigned client programs and is responsible for ensuring seamless execution across fulfillment, warehousing, print, inventory management, ecommerce platforms, and distribution services. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple client programs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards. This position works cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Control, Quality, Print Production, Shipping, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure programs are executed accurately, efficiently, and within established service level agreements (SLAs). What Success Looks Like in This Role * Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in program execution * Orders and projects are executed accurately and on time * Issues are proactively identified and resolved before escalation * Client documentation and workflows remain organized and current * Internal teams receive clear direction and communication * Programs operate efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance standards Qualifications & Experience * Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or related field preferred * 2–4 years of experience in account coordination, fulfillment, logistics, ecommerce, customer service, or supply chain environments * Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, merchandising, or ecommerce accounts considered an asset * Strong customer service and relationship management skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Outlook * Experience with WMS, ecommerce platforms, ERP systems, Shopify, ShipHero, or similar systems considered an asset * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments * Strong attention to detail and follow-through Work Environment * Hybrid work environment, must be available to work in office 3 to 4 days per week. * Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM * Occasional flexibility may be required to support client launches, escalations, or priority projects * Collaborative team environment supporting national client programs across Canada and the United States LMX is an equal opportunity employer.
