Job#: 3045158 Job Description: CLM Delivery Portfolio Lead (Contract) Location: Hybrid, Canada Department: Contracts Transformation Services Engagement Type: Contract Role Summary The CLM Delivery Portfolio Lead will support the execution of McKesson's enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation initiatives. This role provides leadership across multiple delivery workstreams, helping coordinate business, technology, legal, and vendor stakeholders to drive successful implementation outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program delivery experience, technical understanding of CLM platforms, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Delivery Leadership: Lead and coordinate delivery activities across multiple CLM-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and priorities. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with business, legal, finance, procurement, IT, and external vendor teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and drive execution. Program Governance: Support delivery governance activities including planning, status reporting, risk identification, issue management, and escalation processes. Solution Alignment: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CLM solutions and validate configurations, integrations, and operational readiness. Delivery Execution: Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and technical teams to support backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing, deployment activities, and milestone achievement. Change Enablement: Work alongside Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to support stakeholder communication, user readiness, training, and adoption activities. Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, project health indicators, risks, dependencies, and overall program progress. Resource & Vendor Management: Assist with project sizing, resource planning, vendor coordination, and delivery oversight to ensure successful execution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience leading enterprise technology, transformation, program, or portfolio delivery initiatives. Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise software implementations within complex organizational environments. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Conga, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar solutions. Experience working with Salesforce and related enterprise application ecosystems. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and executive communications. Strong facilitation, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting CLM transformation or legal operations initiatives. PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. Experience managing system integrator (SI) partners and third-party vendors. Familiarity with contract operations, legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and change management practices. Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.
