We are seeking Field Service Engineers to join a rapidly growing global semiconductor equipment manufacturer supporting one of Canada's most advanced fabrication facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to receive specialized international training, work directly with state-of-the-art wafer fabrication equipment, and play a key role in supporting a major fab expansion project. PERKS AND BENEFITS: Competitive compensation of $40 - $60 per hour with overtime opportunities International training opportunities in North America and Asia Work with cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment and technology Exposure to advanced semiconductor manufacturing environments and cleanroom operations Hands-on role offering continuous technical learning and development Fast-paced organization where employees can make a direct impact and influence outcomes WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer facilities Perform preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, installations, and startup activities to maximize equipment performance and uptime Diagnose complex electro-mechanical issues and implement corrective actions while minimizing customer downtime Support equipment qualification, commissioning, and relocation projects Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and technical experts to resolve equipment issues Participate in international and domestic training programs to develop expertise on proprietary equipment platforms WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Demonstrate hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude gained through equipment maintenance, repair, installation, or technical service roles Experience working with semiconductor capital equipment, industrial automation, manufacturing equipment, or other complex electro-mechanical systems Your ability to follow detailed procedures and safety protocols will contribute to successful operations in a cleanroom manufacturing environment Leverage your customer-focused mindset to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service Work effectively within a collaborative team while also taking ownership of technical challenges independently Maintain a valid Canadian passport and demonstrate flexibility to travel internationally for technical training and project support Ability to speak Mandarin or Korean is an asset ABOUT US: TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider with a mission to help individuals succeed by providing access to opportunities in jobs, careers, and professional development.
