Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to apply their clinical data expertise to one of the most exciting frontiers in technology — AI development. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate AI models. Your deep understanding of healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about health information. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your own schedule while making a meaningful contribution to the future of healthcare AI. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, outputs, and reasoning for clinical accuracy and real-world validity Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI model performance Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies in AI-generated health informatics content and provide structured, expert feedback Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and clinical decision-support outputs against industry best practices Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of domain experts and AI researchers Who You Are Hands-on experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting Comfortable reviewing technical and clinical content with a critical eye Able to communicate complex findings clearly in written form Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable in a remote, async environment Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, or other health data standards Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and teams Fully remote and flexible — design your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Put your specialized healthcare expertise to work in a high-impact, emerging field Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
