As an Intermediate Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and successfully from initiation through closeout. Your Impact Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and communications to support successful project execution. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, expenses, and cost-to-complete information, helping project teams maintain financial performance. Prepare, review, and submit client invoices while supporting project financial administration activities. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, permits, correspondence, and deliverables. Support Project Managers with project planning activities, resource coordination, and work breakdown structure development. Coordinate logistics for field programs, technical reviews, client submissions, and project meetings. Track project risks, action items, issues, and deadlines to help drive accountability and project success. Contribute to proposal submissions and business development efforts by assembling supporting documentation and materials. The Skills That Set You Apart Diploma or bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Planning, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience supporting projects in a project coordination, project administration, or technical team environment. Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency using project scheduling, task tracking, budget monitoring, and project management software. Experience supporting project financial functions, including forecasting, cost tracking, effort monitoring, and invoicing. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review project information for accuracy and quality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate information across multidisciplinary teams. Experience in environmental consulting, regulatory processes, or technical consulting environments is considered an asset. PMP certification or progress toward certification is considered an asset.
