Legacy Operations Executive Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 plus benefits Reports to: Senior Legacy Operations Manager Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week Location: Stratford, London with limited flexibility (minimum 2 days per week in the office every Tuesdays and Thursdays) Closing date: 6th September 2026, 23:55. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Legacy Operations Executive to help us deliver outstanding supporter experiences across our Legacy Proposition teams. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our legacy operations run efficiently, maintaining high standards of data quality, financial administration and supporter service while helping to improve processes and drive operational excellence. You'll act with professionalism and care, building strong relationships with colleagues, supporters and external stakeholders to help maximise the impact of gifts left in Wills. What will I be doing? Deliver operational and administrative support across Legacy Proposition activities, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain accurate supporter, solicitor, financial and case management records across multiple systems, ensuring compliance with agreed standards and service levels. Act as a key contact for legacy-related enquiries, resolving issues and providing support to internal stakeholders, supporters and external partners. Support day-to-day financial administration, including income processing, payment queries, raising PO's, receipting invoices and month-end activities. Ensure accurate and timely completion of Will Writing Service administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, including processing data, identifying & correcting data errors, resolving invoice queries and maintaining accurate records across systems. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality and support continuous operational improvements across the team. Assist with shared team responsibilities, picking up core team tasks when required, e.g. to cover annual leave or sickness, and at particularly busy times What are we looking for? Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and high-quality data. Experience of financial administration and supporting financial processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Strong IT skills, including extensive experience using Microsoft Office applications and CRM or database systems. Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements, alongside proven problem-solving skills and the confidence to take initiative. Our organisation values are designed to guide all that we do.
