Drive growth and client acquisition for our custom software development studio. You'll develop marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and build our brand presence across digital channels. What You'll Do Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Create compelling content for web, social media, and email Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI Manage brand presence and client engagement Collaborate with development team on client projects What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech/software Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data-driven mindset with attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Build robust, scalable web applications for clients across various industries. You'll work on everything from custom internal tools to client-facing platforms, with full ownership of features from concept to deployment. What You'll Do Design and build full-stack web applications using modern technologies Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation Deploy and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements Required Skills Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel preferred) and JavaScript Experience with Java for enterprise applications Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) API development and integration (REST, OAuth, webhooks) Version control with Git and modern development workflows Bonus Points Experience with React, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) Previous agency or client-facing development experience Create compelling technical and business content that educates our audience and showcases our expertise. You'll write blog posts, case studies, documentation, and marketing materials for a software development audience. What You'll Do Write clear, engaging technical blog posts and tutorials Develop case studies showcasing client projects and results Create documentation and guides for software products Craft compelling website copy and marketing materials Research industry trends and translate technical concepts for business audiences What We're Looking For Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Strong research skills and ability to learn quickly Experience writing for B2B audiences, preferably in tech Portfolio demonstrating range and technical writing ability Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles Bonus Points Technical background or familiarity with software development Experience with CMS platforms and content management Bilingual (English/French)
