Job Description What is the opportunity? Join our data transformation team as a Senior Software Engineer where you'll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining mission-critical applications and services. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge container technologies, specifically Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, while collaborating with a diverse team of skilled professionals. You'll be instrumental in enabling data-driven insights and supporting essential business functions through robust, scalable solutions. We have members in both Toronto and Mississauga offices. What will you do? Design, develop, and maintain applications and services critical to data transformation operations Deploy and manage containerized applications using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions Implement best practices for application security, performance, and scalability Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high availability of critical services Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures What do you need to succeed? Must Have Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Proven experience deploying and managing applications on Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Strong software development skills in modern programming languages Experience building and maintaining production applications in team environments Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse technical backgrounds Understanding of containerization technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices Nice to Have Experience with data transformation pipelines and ETL processes Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools What’s in it for you?
