Title: Warehouse Laborer Reports to: Director of Operational Execution Based at: 10201 S Jackson Rd, Pharr, TX Type of Employment: Full-Time, permanent, 6-days a week (Monday - Saturday) Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Monitor and maintain visibility of all produce inventory and commodities within the warehouse. * Own inventory process, metrics, and actions linked to inventory management * Ensuring the highest levels of internal customer service to avoid delaying product stability while maintaining inventory accuracy * Performing urgent reactive / high accuracy count verifications in the warehouse * Responsible for overseeing receiving & shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of receipts and shipments * Coordinate and execute pallet de-stacking and re-stacking as required based on customer orders, ensuring the correct product, quantities, and pallet configuration are prepared for shipment. * Determine trends and common patterns to identify root cases of inventory discrepancies. * Escalating grower quality concerns affecting produce and working with Lead, commodities, procurement /supply to initiate corrective actions. * Performs QA inspections on inbound and outbound product utilizing the Clarifresh platform Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in operations/distribution or related business * Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail * Ability to meet deadlines * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate with external and internal customers at all levels (English) * Strong computer skills, with ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel and comfort with systems Physical Abilities: * Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time. * Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs. * Must be able to lift material regularly up to 30 lbs; and occasionally up to 50lbs * Must be able to climb stairs and stand on feet for an extended period of time Job Requirements: The incumbent will be committed to customer service excellence and leading by example.
