We’re looking for experienced professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, value customer satisfaction, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

This role is ideal for an individual with a background in garage door installation ready to bring their expertise to a reputable, growing company with a strong team culture.

A Day in the Life of a Residential Door Installer

• Install high end specialty residential garage doors and openers with precision and efficiency
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment safely
• Read and interpret installation manuals and on-site instructions
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members
• Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to all safety standards
• Represent the Dodds brand with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring

• Proven experience installing garage doors
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable in physically demanding roles, including lifting and overhead work
• Valid G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Clear criminal background check required
• Working knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and jobsite safety standards

Compensation: Subcontractor Agreement Defined rates

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement: Commute to various job sites. Your own vehicle is required.
